Job Summary:

The Global Business and Information Services (GBIS) organization is partnering with the business functions to enable new capabilities, while exploring and activating some of the latest emerging technology to support the overall business strategy. As part of GBIS, a Supply Chain Customer Delivery Solution Architect will be a part of a team focused on delivering a creative technical process to directly affect the end-to-end customer delivery portfolio through modern technologies and continuous delivery methods. Guide the TMS (transportation management system) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) technical strategy and architecture solution. Knowledgeable and aware of the latest trends and innovations in transportation (i.e. inbound/outbound implementation, freight settlement, fleet monitoring) and warehousing solutions (receiving/storing, order picking, shipping/delivery, AGVs) is required. Collaborate with managed services providers and system integrators to deliver products/projects with high value results. Work with multiple resources to optimize end-to-end business and technical process and looks to improve efficiency and costs. Understand Conagra's processes and technology and collaborate with all levels of the enterprise to support our strategy

Position Responsibilities:

* Develop transportation and warehouse solution roadmap and architecture based on existing reference architecture, business requirements, industry trends and technology including ease of adoption, adherence to meet Conagra implementation standards and determine ways to improve
* Experience leading multiple lifecycle Transportation and Warehousing Management implementation
* Assess applicability and readiness of emerging technology solutions and influence suppliers to develop solutions to meet business needs
* Influence portfolio and business owners to prioritize architectural runway work with new business capabilities
* Accountable and develops solution options, recommendations, designs based on domain roadmaps/requirements following API first model, enterprise security standards and reference architectures
* Together with internal and external partners, designs and documents system solutions which address business functional and technical requirements
* Work across all partners to protect and holistically manage information and systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, and modifications to protect the core transactional system.
* Lead and provide thought-leadership in identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across business and IT by creating reference architecture patterns
* Facilitate regular architecture syncs for perspectives of architectural alignment (enterprise, system) within portfolio ceremonies to achieve consistency, adhere to standards and review portfolio and product level metrics.
* Leverage agile methods and practices to effectively manage both internal and external resources to account for possible risks (time, resources, scope) and deliver project specific goals

Position Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* 8+ years in Information Technology or Supply Chain Operating Systems and Functions (manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing)
* Working knowledge of IT platforms including: Oracle Transportation Management or SAP Warehouse Management or Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management
* Experience leading design workshops to engage, collaborate, influence and partner with multiple functional and technical leaders, and executive stakeholders
* Versed in project management and Agile methodologies
* Experience in a Shared Service environment and collaborating with third-party business process and IT outsourcers
* Travel up to 20%
