Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Performs duties that pertain to maintaining the facility
* Performs maintenance and repairs work in all general areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting and the ability to prioritize
* Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on daily, weekly monthly, semi-annual and annual basis, depending equipment
* Must be able to maintain documents and records for preventative maintenance
* Work may occasionally be assigned across other Northwest Health facilities
* May be required to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed
* Reports to immediate supervisor
* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 2 to 3 years of facility maintenance experience preferred
* Required to obtain Arkansas High Pressure Boilers license within 6 months from hire date
