Xcel Energy is looking for talented and experienced Journeyman Electric Meterman to join the Xcel Energy team at one or more of the following locations:

-Valentia Service Center in Denver, Colorado

-Kipling Service Center in Lakewood, Colorado

-Lipan Distribution Center in Denver, Colorado

-Arvada Service Center in Arvada, Colorado

The starting rate of pay for this position is $44.19 per hour.

Summary:

A Journeyman Electric Meterman will test, program, install, and verify electric metering, while following proven safe work procedures. Successful candidates must be able to work well with other operations groups and possess good customer relation skills.

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma, or GED

- Completion of apprentice program and meterman journeyman certification

- A valid driver's license
