Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordination with IT and vendors for all hardware and technical needs
* Coordination with the client and internal operations / client services teams to conduct the Needs Assessment and provide recommended roadmap for category setup and insight delivery
* Coordination with Channel Analytics support roles to build categories, lexicons, etc. (ie. Ensure the tool is set up to support the proposed rollout and roadmap)
* Lead the analysis (identify process/procedural improvements, analyze associated benefits that are generated from improvements)
* Present findings to internal and external clients and coordinate with operations to turn insights into action
* Responsible for maintaining pipeline, ongoing re-measures, monthly insight meetings. Etc.
* Responsible for presenting/socializing Channel Analytics findings, roadmaps and compatibilities to executives both internally at Optum and externally to potential clients
* Responsible for supporting business partners in meeting their operational objectives through analysis and reporting
* Responsible for providing clear soft and/or hard benefits for each opportunity along with suggested timelines for completion and a measurement plan
* Deliver appropriate metrics to be captured on the Channel Analytics dashboard
* Responsible for supporting the engagement and development of CA Analysts and Listeners working on your scope of CA analysis
* Responsible for identifying and solutioning for the top client and customer pain points using channel/voice analytics
* Responsible for supporting up to 3 implementations, simultaneously
* Responsible for relationship with Event Triggered Survey team to help coordinate/deliver survey analysis and reporting and act as main point of contact for ETS and Line of Business
* Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of direct reports/professional staff [coach and manage performance]

Required Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of client facing experience
* 5+ years of end to end implementation experience
* 5+ years of experience with conducting analyses
* 5+ years of experience building and delivering client and executive level presentations

The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500.00 to $171,700.00.
