Essential Functions:

* The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be part of the Issuer Processing Test Engineering team that is working on innovative and Cutting Edge Web technologies.
* It is an opportunity to learn, lead and implement new technologies and apply validation techniques to deliver a high quality transaction processing system.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree-
* Strong technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of security and pen test

- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents.

- Experience using data driven tests to validate API calls in large J2EE n-tier architectures.

- experience with SQL

- Experience troubleshooting N-tier based applications.

- Strong technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, SQL

- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents.

- Experience using data driven tests to validate API calls in large J2EE n-tier architectures.

- Gherkin language and Cucumber experience Is a plus

Additional Information

Travel Requirements

This position requires the incumbent to travel less than 10% of the time.

Work Hours

Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.

The position starts at $94,800. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus and equity
