The Licensing Specialist - Schaumburg, IL or Telecommuters who are highly qualified will manage a portfolio of Pharmacy licenses for OptumRx owned pharmacies.

Position will be part of the Pharmacy Licensing team. As part of that team, your role will be to solve complex application issues, assist with new projects, and create new reports and job aides for the pharmacy team. You will be assigned a book of business and will be responsible for ensuring all licenses in your book are renewed on time. You will respond to inquiries from Board of Pharmacy, DEA and other state and federal regulators and internal stakeholders. You will also complete other related filings, regulatory outreach and produce reports via our proprietary licensing databases. Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Direct licensing experience and/or past experience with state boards of pharmacy
* 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy licensing. Will consider transferable experience from working for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)
* Proficient with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry/sorting data) and Outlook (email and calendar)
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Paralegal certificate
* Notary designation
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (document retrieval and storage)
* Management experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
