Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures

Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual goal; analyzing variances
4.
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications
5.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
6.
Process all incoming Better Business Bureau and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs complaints
7.
Send out team productivity numbers daily, weekly or monthly as needed
8.
Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested
