Primary Responsibilities:

* Research and investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare data
* Develop production data sets and dashboard reporting to address business needs
* Interpret and analyze data from various sources
* Create and update automated processes
* Support various reporting and analytics requests from leadership and program consultants
* Perform ad hoc analyses as needed
* Optimize current reporting so it meets business workflow needs
* Envision and develop executive reporting, dashboards etc. on program performance, improvement opportunities for internal and external audiences
* Generate new ideas for reporting, analysis etc. especially for new programs

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of SAS programming experience
* 3+ years of experience with data reporting and analysis
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, calculations, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
* Proficient in Tableau or Power BI dashboard development

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's within epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacoeconomics, health services research, economics, health economics, public health or a related quantitative discipline
* 3+ years of experience in health care analytics

Soft Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present ideas and concepts effectively
* Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines
* Candidate should possess a strong desire to blend business and programming skills

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
