Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or 4 additional years of related work experience
* 1+ year related experience (provider relations, network management, customer service or negotiations)
* 3 years experience with Microsoft Office programs, Adobe or equivalent
* 3 years advanced Excel and Word proficiency
* Experience in client (internal/external) facing role using verbal, written and interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in an independent fast-paced work environment demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
* Prior assertiveness in performing work responsibilities and in making work related decisions in meeting tight deadlines
* Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or healthcare related field
* Two years' experience in provider network, provider operations
* Medical, dental, or healthcare insurance experience
* Experience working with a consulting, healthcare provider, or a professional services organization
* Basic knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies, i.e. Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS)
* Database experience/education
* Prior experience influencing and interacting with a diverse group of people/disciplines at all levels of an organization
* Strong customer service skills
* The ability to speak clearly and concisely while conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
