**This is a work at home opportunity for the right candidate yet it is preferred that they are within a 1 hour commute of one of the offices below: Orlando, FL; Dublin, OH: Phoenix, AZ ; Warrendale, PA; Nashville, TN; Memphis, TN; Indianapolis, IN.

POSITION SUMMARY

On a monthly basis perform Pharma billing and collections with accurate invoicing and supporting documentation to Pharma Clients within established timelines. Track outstanding receivables and interface directly with Pharma Clients and internal business partners as needed. Reconcile payments and research discrepancies. Review Pharma agreements to ascertain billing specific information and collaborate with Pharma Account Management and other internal Pharma teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Confirm current pricing on products to ensure accuracy when invoicing. Attend Pharma Implementation calls for implementation of agreements. Review and update Pharma Client information and communicate accordingly. Provide Specialty Accounting with accurate billing and supporting documentation for month end reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Invoicing/Billing timely and accurately
* Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure compliance of agreements, determine reports required for billing and accuracy of fees billed.
* Collections experience is required
* Research/analyze/correct complex billing and payment issues
* Communicate clearly and effectively to Pharma internal partners related to billing/collection status for agreements. Escalate unresolved complex issues as needed
* Communicate as a liaison with external Pharma Clients to review related billing/collection status
* Attention to detail, keen organizational skills and high proficiency in documentation of notes accurately and timely is required
* Special projects requested by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Degree or GED is required
* Experience in relatable fields: finance, accounting, etc.
* Collections and billing experience is required.
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Detailed oriented, good organizational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* PC skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Reliable, self-motivated with excellent attendance
* Team player who has the ability to stay on task with little supervision

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
