Intro:
The Claremont Facility is part of the Tyson Foods Prepared Foods division, which includes an onsite bakery, produces frozen ready-to-eat sandwich products. This position will be a part of the Hand Wrapping Team, where sandwiches are wrapped by hand in an assembly line environment.
The starting pay for this position is $14.00/hr. with a shift increase for second and potential for overtime. We are offering a $500 retention bonus for all new hires who complete 90 days. We have open positions for first and second shift.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for wrapping sandwiches by hand as they come down the assembly line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Applicants will be considered for the food assembly type opening in the Sandwich Assembly department that may include, but not limited to, hand wrapping and assembly of product. Other tasks include standing, walking, stretching, and reaching.
Candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet production deadlines; must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; must be willing to be cross trained and moved to other areas as needed and must be willing and able to stand for 8 10 hours per day on hard floors in cold environments of approximately 50 degrees.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience is not required. Must have effective communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
