Job Summary:

Do you have a passion for development or mentorship? Are you organized, responsive and have a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects? If so, our Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) Program Coordinator role could be right for you. We are looking for someone to help drive our Mentorship program and assist with supporting the learning and development of EFS. This role would entail at least an 8 month commitment and reports to the Manager, EFS Learning and Development. The scope of Mentor Program supports not only participants in EFS but also includes Segment Finance teams and other corporate organizations reporting into to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

Mentor Program Planning, Program Support and Administration

* Coordinate with cross functional leaders to engage participants
* Prepare and distribute mentor program marketing emails, newsletters and other communications including the use of slack and yammer
* Develop and manage participant distribution lists
* Develop and distribute marketing materials
* Serve as point of contact for mentor program inquiries and planning needs
* Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
* Support design and facilitation of mentor program events
* Schedule event rooms, set up event spaces, coordinate equipment and A/V
* Act as a help desk for users on Mentor Program Matching application
* Produce reporting on participation by function, segment, level, including performing variance analyses to prior year participation
* Tracking attendance data by event / program
* Identify / support the development of course content for mentor program participants related to mentoring, personal and professional development
* General support to facilitator as needed

Training and Development Administrative Support

* Scheduling training and events in D Learn, tracking attendance and producing reports on training survey results
* Manage and maintain learning items for the Career Development Guide website and Development Toolkit
* Prepare and distribute learning newsletters and other communications
* Populate D Learn with new, relevant material and content

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning, project management, event planning or marketing
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills as well as exemplary customer service skills
* Ability to effectively and professionally interface with high level executives, clients, business associates, and employees
* Work with limited supervision
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle confidential and sensitive information
* A self-starter Ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem solve
* Strong organizational and follow-through skills
* Demonstrated flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
* Exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with varying complexity
* Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
