Support the Experienced Advisor Recruiting organization within a particular division. Support the divisional recruiting goals for AAG, AIA, AFIG and segment recruiting including: Insurance, AFA, Women Advisors, with the goal of recruiting quality new advisors into the firm. Drive recruiting results across Recruiting Director territories by developing sourcing strategies, focusing on moving candidates through the pipeline and executing DVP strategy. Within specific division, partner closely with Divisional Vice President and Regional Directors, corporate employees, field leaders and advisors to achieve recruiting goals aligned with business strategies. Support candidate progression (paperwork, follow up meetings, demos, VIPs (run one-offs) & increase efficiency of CBA & offer process. Network and leverage business partners to answer questions and be the hub of information and support of RD's and their candidates.
Monitor and confirm contact occurs with each new lead, maintain direct communication with Search Firms and S&E team to ensure there is a next step with every lead. Attend weekly RD pipeline calls and drive lead to meeting efficiency and conversion.
Communicate advisor recruiting status and results effectively to internal and external audiences. Demonstrate and maintain a strong fundamental knowledge or products, process and capabilities for broker dealer. Maintain current industry competitive intelligence, benchmarking and analysis.
Ensure a smooth transition between departing and new RD which could include pipeline progression, candidate phone calls, Virtual and face to face meetings, hiring activities and onboarding support of new RD.
Ensure Recruiting Director execution on diversified sourcing strategy with support on AFA hubs, marketing, lead management, search firm communication and targeted advisor recruiting.
Key coordinator across main EAR business partners (coordinator team, S&E team, recruiting manager team) to ensure unity across all support resources.
Bachelors degree or equivalent and minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
Strong understand of recruiting in financial services industry.
