Location/Division Specific Information
The HR Technology Service Support Analyst is part of the HR Technology Services team. This position is focused on internal customer facing support. This individual will support our internal partners in the learning space across our portfolio of systems.
How will you make an impact?
As part of the HR Technology Services team you will primarily support our colleagues with the deployment, completion and reporting out on of learning activities.
What will you do?
* End-User troubleshooting through our tiered ticketing system for our portfolio of learning solutions
* Intake and processing of daily LMS administrative tasks (loading, assigning, reporting on training, etc.)
This role will interact with our internal customers and colleagues on a daily basis ensuring the smooth delivery and consumption of learning opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing our intake queue and coordinating the execution of the tasks requested. This role will partner with other members of the HRTS team to provide seamless support for employees using our systems.
How will you get here?
* Bachelor2019s degree or equivalent in on the job experience
* 3-5 years experience in a custom support role
* 2-3 years experience working with an LMS (SuccessFactors preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Customer service oriented mindset
* Experience with system troubleshooting / problem solving
* Strong planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
* LMS administration
* Ticket queue management
