Overview:
As a member of the Global HRIS Leadership team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of your primary region to influence global technology design decisions, lead region change management efforts, and partner with HR, IT, Finance and various stakeholders from the business to ensure HR technology delivers value and a high impact colleague experience.
You will also participate in various Regional or Global projects/ initiatives leveraging your role and expertise. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring alignment and overall governance of our systems to ensure sustainability, consistency and quality of data for your primary region.
This role partners with Shared HRIS Resources and resolves escalations to complex issues needing in-region expertise and influence. This role will also lead due diligence efforts, acquisitions, divestures or mass data change events affecting the region as well as represent HRIS in the region and double as the primary PoC for Workday security maintenance tasks as needed.
We are seeking candidates with strong expertise in Workday HCM modules (Security, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, BPs, EIBs, Calculated Fields, etc.) with a natural curiosity to problem solve, rapidly deploy solutions and enhancements, and continuously focus on improving employee experience.
Requirements:
5 years experience in Workday; global experience is preferred
Ability to occasionally work non-standard time zone hours to support global project work, as needed
Strong data analysis skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and customer service
Consultative skills to serve as advisor to in-region leaders to solve design challenges and identify effective solutions for the best end user experience
Facilitation skills to gather/ prioritize requirements & brainstorm solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
