Primary Responsibilities:

* Identify and consult on data source(s) for required analytics
* Ensure data availability and accuracy
* Track data delays and errors
* Monitor Capability Performance
* Partner with Data Solutions Team and Performance Analytics Lead to deliver on analytics, key performance indicators and value tracking

While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care, you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment. It's all about quality stakeholder reporting, analysis and value tracking to continuously improve the customer experience across all lines of business. Positions in this function are responsible for identifying critical data elements to allow for key performance indicator reporting and experience analytics. Assists Experience Design and Capability Architecture Teams in identifying key data elements and data sources to facilitate capability and experience performance monitoring. Diagnose dashboard and scorecard issues and lead resolution. This position is also responsible for partnering across the supply chain to ensure that data ingestion and storage is accurate and efficient. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of new capability performance monitoring tools. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of capability performance monitoring solutions.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in contact center data performance monitoring
* 3+ years of experience with customer experience analytics
* Previous experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence products
* Previous experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
* 4+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
* Previous health care Industry experience

The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700.00 to $142,600.00.
