Assists Experience Design and Capability Architecture Teams in identifying key data elements and data sources to facilitate capability and experience performance monitoring. Diagnose dashboard and scorecard issues and lead resolution. This position is also responsible for partnering across the supply chain to ensure that data ingestion and storage is accurate and efficient. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of new capability performance monitoring tools. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of capability performance monitoring solutions.

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in contact center data performance monitoring
* 3+ years of experience with customer experience analytics
* Previous experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence products
* Previous experience with SQL

The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700.00 to $142,600.00.
