About The Role:

This role sits inside our Talent Acquisition team and works to apply consumer marketing best practices to recruiting. While reporting into the Head of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing, you will be responsible for building marketing strategies and candidate experiences designed to attract talent that will thrive in our award-winning culture. Youll focus on:

* Creating compelling recruitment marketing campaigns and content that help us deliver the right messages to the right candidates at the right time through our talent community platform. Youll be expected to not only deliver strategy, but also have the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute without the help of an agency.

* Building and launching a Talent Ambassadorship program that will tie into our key talent promotors across the enterprise and amplify the employer brand internally and externally.

* Candidate Experience and journey mapping exercises and segmentation designed to inform how, when and where we can improve our candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

* Using your consultative nature and expertise youll be responsible for educating, coaching and proactively working with your aligned HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team members about recruitment marketing best practices and solutions while staying focused on delivering desired results and positive outcomes.

* Speaking of results, youll also help set the stage for defining our KPIs and ensuring we maximize our ROI on all recruitment marketing efforts.

About You:

* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent degree.

* 5+ years of recruitment marketing or related experience leading marketing, branding, content, digital, and social media strategy and execution efforts without relying on an agency.

* Design acumen with Adobe Creative Cloud with the ability to use and self-learn new tools.

* Ability to write and design compelling communications that align to established employer brand criteria

* Experience conducting and implementing improvements for customer/candidate segmentation exercises

* Growth mindset oriented and self-motivated to stay up to speed on new marketing trends

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with leaders cross-functionally.

Bonus Points for These:

* International marketing experience.

* Prior employer brand management experience.

* Prior digital agency experience.

* Some project management experience.

* Experience using CRM/CMS tools

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
