Job Description

The Receiving Coordinators duties are to receive raw materials in to the inventory system, print labels, closure of batch tickets and execution of daily cycle counts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies. Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.

Use of personal computer and applicable software (EXCEL, MS- Word, SAP)

Generate and distribute daily reports (Tanker Recap, Trailer Recap, Cycle Counts)

Input incoming raw materials into the inventory system and close purchase orders

Print required labels for raw material receipts

Maintain file system for vendor receipts and batch tickets

Close batch tickets and troubleshoot any discrepancies

Perform final cost/yield adjustments on all batches manufactured at the site

Arrange for raw material samples to be shipped to other sites/labs

Work to ensure accuracy of raw material inventory

Perform daily cycle counts

Answer phone an interact/direct drivers and transportation reps

Receive incoming packages and deliver to addressed personnel/department

Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Safety Training.

1-2 years of related experience

Forklift certified (sit down/stand-up) a plus

SAP experience a plus
