Studio X powers the Ads and Business Platform (ABP) org at Facebook with thought provoking creativity in communication design. We focus on humanity, emotion and storytelling through the design of experiences, in digital and physical environments. We are experts in FB business products and advertising. Studio X helps inform and excite people about ABP products and services internally and externally. Studio X is a one of a kind studio in the Ads and Business products organization and provides a service to the organization of 5000+ people. Studio X is looking for a Creative Producer to join our team to deliver best-in-class creative expressions and communications for our internal teams and beyond. This Producer role will work directly with our Creative Directors/leads to support and lead large company-wide initiatives that require in-depth oversight. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and producer that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Creative Producer must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work. This Producer role will be expected to maintain operational procedures and tools for the creative team, work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth and consistent communication, as well as identify appropriate resourcing for our design team. The Producer will define and track the day to day creative tasks as well as manage time, effort and costs for all projects to ensure high-quality creative work is being generated. The Lead Producer role requires broad knowledge of communication design and creative processes as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Creative Producer - Studio X Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain project production schedules to ensure a smooth end-to-end development plan.

* Ensure that all creative assets are delivered on time and implemented to spec.

* Maintain all project documentation in Asana and ensure vital project details are shared with the design team in a timely manner, across multiple communication channels.

* Work closely with cross-functional design, programming, engineering, admin, and other teams to ensure project success.

* Schedule, manage, and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals.

* Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them.

* Partner directly with Creative Directors to develop and maintain quarterly team roadmap and update continuously as projects pivot throughout the half.

* Facilitate project meetings and document and disseminate to stakeholders.

* Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions.

* Set the Studio up operationally, reporting on budget trackers.

* Maintain contract worker contracts and onboarding tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

* Experience working with artists, designers, content strategists and engineers to develop effective communication design.

* Experience working in ambiguity, with shifting priorities.

* Demonstrated experience to be highly proactive and self motivated in their role. Navigate blockers and sufficiently contribute to solutions to keep projects on time and desired quality.

* Experience managing external vendors (individual artists and agencies) as well as develop project budgets and scoping documentation.

* Experience partnering with contract/legal teams to develop SOWs, POs, and other contracts.

* Experience establishing and/or managing new tools, systems and production processes.

* Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment that requires time management, task prioritization, and experience identifying problems and work towards solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in Creative Production, either in-house or agency.

* Strong knowledge of creative workflows in design, photography, video production, web development, event design and more.

* Comprehensive experience of resourcing and project management tools, specifically Asana.

* Knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
