This Data Analyst position is for PGT FLNA Master Data with a focus on the Purchase to Pay (PTP) track. Purchase to Pay includes the following areas of functionality: Indirect purchasing, direct purchasing, supplier collaboration, and contract manufacturing. Underlying data will include Vendor Master, Purchase orders, contracts, material master purchasing views, etc. Responsibilities include tasks encompassing all aspects of PTP Master Data and associated Conditional Master Data in designs, data analysis, data anomalies review, conversions, and resolution of data discrepancies to deliver data integrity between SAP and Legacy systems.

Project activities include:

* Participate and collaborate in PGT PTP sprints representing the FLNA data team and ensuring Master data and Conditional Master data are fully supported in the PTP End to End

* Collaborate with IT to ensure all PTP functional design documents and execution for conversions/cleansing are complete and data mapping is accurate

* Partner with the PTP value stream process team and designated subject matter experts to review cleansing and conversion metrics and resolve open issues

* Ensure all integration needs in the PTP value stream are accounted for

* Collaborate with IT to coordinate documentation and code review process, data recovery procedures, and job setups

* Partner with PTP value stream process team and SMEs to document/review/test E2E production scenarios

* Maintain cross-references of data in the PTP value stream ownership area

* Support PTP Master data IT and UAT by writing, reviewing, and executing test scripts that cover all aspects of the PTP process E2Es

Qualifications/Requirements

* Must have proven capability to utilize standard desktop applications to deliver project deliverables that meet project objectives accurately and on time.

* A firm understanding of data cleansing concepts and ETL experience is required.

* AGILE project methodology exposure and experience is preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, project work includes presentation delivery to external team members.

* Possess strong interpersonal and influence skills to convey message importance and gain desired results.

* Collaborates well in a cross-functional environment to complete projects accurately and on time.

Compensation and Benefits:

L7 salary range: 59,300 85,900
