Brief Posting Description

Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications

Detailed Description

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer requirements. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Job Requirements

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Additional Details

As a member of the fusion applications product development division you will work on high-level designs based on requirements. You will be in contact with our team of legislative and functional analysts spread around the world, giving you great insight and experience into the management of human resources across several regions. You will author technical solution approach and detailed design documents working with Payroll and Localization architects. You will build business solutions for payroll , writing re-usable and scalable code. You will be in close contact with our QA group during the system test phase, ensuring a quick turn-around of defects and high-quality of codeSuccessful candidates have a passion for solving technical and business problems. Communication skills, both written and interpersonal, are crucial. Solid experience with programming languages not limited to the following: J2EE, JAVA, JSF, SQL is desirable
