The Associate Director, ICS Security Business Technology (BT) will report directly to the Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations within Business Technology and will be a key member of the Organon Manufacturing Operations Business Technology leadership team.

This position will be responsible for:

* Contributing to the technical standards and design of the shop floor security architecture for manufacturing environments globally.

* Collaborating actively with Organon Manufacturing and Supply (OMS) Business, BT, Business Technology Risk Management and Security (BTRMS) and site teams to promote shop floor cyber security best practices.

* Consulting on cyber security solutions across the enterprise manufacturing site network.

* Staying current with ICS architecture and industrial systems best practices.

* Working closely with the Manufacturing business and BT stakeholders to understand needs and make recommendations to improve the security posture on the Shop Floor.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Delivering solutions based on identifying business needs and budgets.

Required Experience & Skills:

* 8-10 years experience with minimum 5 years of ICS/OT/IOT operation experience or equivalent experience in a highly restricted control network.

* Certification or several years practical experience related to ICS vendor products.

* If not already certified, willing to obtain a security certification within 1 year in role. Examples: CISSP, GICSP, GRID, CISM.

* Proven leadership ability to manage multiple, competing initiatives including experience leading agile product teams.

* Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems and identify appropriate technology product solutions.

* Pragmatic, empowering and motivational people leader without micromanaging approach; Able to identify areas to improve team velocity across BT product lines.

* Strong track-record of developing and maintaining relationships with business leaders and technology solution partners: managing communications, presenting clear and concise solutions options/risks/needs.

* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills exhibited by successful performance in leadership and team role.

* Experience working with innovative experiments, specifically contributing to idea generation, idea incubation, and/or experimentation.

* Leadership experience in information management and/or digital initiatives with an R&D organization.

* Demonstrated ability to understands business value drivers, workflow reengineering, design thinking, and digital product management.

* Experience working with cloud capabilities and software as a service (SaaS).

Preferred Experience & Skills:

* Experience with the interpretation and application of IT / OT / IOT security policies.

* Experience working with global business teams to architect security solutions to support the business operational risks.

* Exposure to Network Information Security, Information Security Compliance, Project Management, PCI, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), NIST 800-53, 800-82, 800-8183.

Education Minimum Requirement:

* Bachelors degree or above in engineering degree or comparable engineering/ information technology experience.
