Transform healthcare and contribute to our industry-leading organization as an Escalation Associate within our Concierge Services Team. Our representatives are customer service superheroes, helping us elevate our patient care to new heights. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines with patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy.

Schedule Rotation

Monday - Friday with a Saturday rotation

9AM - 5:30PM, 10:30AM - 7PM, 12:30PM - 9PM

How youll make a difference:

* Help patients with urgent needs and same day resolutions. Use your customer service expertise, the knowledge you gain from training, and your problem-solving skills to answer escalated patient calls effectively and help with same-day and urgent needs.
* Help us keep track of our patient interactions. While on calls, use your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patients question quickly and document all interactions in real-time.
* Collaborate with your teammates and peers. Leverage your fellow Escalation Associates, leads, supervisors, and operations and pharmacy teams to get the job done quickly and accurately for our patients.

What You Need:

* High School Diploma / GED required.
* 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in customer service or customer-facing field.
* Licensed Pharmacy Technician is a plus, but not required.
* General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
* Action-oriented mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
