Product Manager

The Challenge:

Evolve product management capability and help to shape and execute product strategy and deliver capabilities for customers. Support the product life cycle, generate new ideas, and drive performance. Collaborate with technologists, data scientists, designers, and subject matter experts to develop vanguard solutions. Drive, prioritize, and refine product backlogs while solving complex business problems. Build products that are reliable and scalable in a creative way.

You Have:

* 1+ years of experience in working closely with various functional and technical teams in a product manager role
* Experience with writing user stories, building and grooming product backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs
* Experience in engaging with clients and delivering solutions
* Experience with developing products in Agile, SAFE, and Kanban environments and tailoring Agile frameworks based upon delivery needs
* Experience in balancing client business requirements with the delivery teams technical capacity
* Experience in facilitating technical, functional, and operational discussions to bridge client requirements with implementable solutions
* Experience with creating and managing MVP and Release product roadmaps through the product life cycle
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BA or BS degree

* Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information across various technical and functional stakeholders
* Possession of excellent analytical, presentation, and client-interfacing skills
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Agile Certification, including SAFE Practitioner, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Certified Scrum
