Wargaming Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Support the development and execution of wargames and exercises across DoD to enable command readiness at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels for a range of internal and external participants from senior military leaders to action officers. Assist with planning and executing all requirements for wargames and exercises, including event logistics, scenario development, data analysis, and after-action reporting. Create high-quality deliverables, including client presentations, participant briefings, and marketing materials. Consult on the application of warfighting disciplines, course of action (COA) analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures to craft wargames that allow participants test assumptions and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with consulting or supporting a DoD client
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with supporting and conducting formal research
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with designing and conducting wargames and exercises
* Knowledge of Cyberspace operations
* MA or MS degree
