Integrated Project Manager, Senior

Thats why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we support a large-scale transformation effort to improve critical human resources processes in support of the Navy. Youll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and drive functional requirements gathering across multiple projects, using project management tools and regular interactions with SMEs, customers, and stakeholders across the client. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so youll create status updates and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so youll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve Navy processes by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects. You Have:

* 6+ years of experience in a professional work environment
* Experience with project management, including leading, planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing mission service
* Experience with working on large, complex and extensive programs, and client expectation management
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including user-centered design
* Ability to prioritize workload and manage delivery team effectively
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with business model transformation, HR transformation, and HR service delivery
* Experience with Agile
* Experience with human-centered design, design thinking, and service design
