Wholesale Credit Solutions Group Transformation Office is a newly created organization working to deliver solutions across the CB, CIB and AWM. The Transformation Office is a centralized team focused on reshaping the end-to-end Wholesale Credit experience, while driving consistency, speed and efficiency across risk management processes. The team is segmented in two focus areas: run the bank (restructuring current processes and policies) and change the bank (implementing strategic processes utilizing new data and machine learning solutions)

The Transformation Office team is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high-talent individuals with a singular focus of delivering innovative solutions. The position will work extensively across Wholesale Credit Risk and Technology in CB, CIB and AWM to ensure the design and implementation of enhancements to processes, policies and data/analytics

Position Overview

For this role, we are seeking a results-focused and highly motivated individual to be responsible for project management and reporting

Responsibilities

* Manage the implementation of complex programs, corporate control initiatives and process improvement projects
* Identify and track achievements, open items, issues and risk across all Transformation Office initiatives, escalating items for attention to leadership team as necessary
* Build transparency on key project activities, perform data collection and analytics, including trend and impact analysis, document processes and observations, formulate results, and draw conclusions integrating key controls when warranted
* Develop and publish the Technology and Transformation Books of Work, Sub LOB CRO program update, and Technology Council Executive Materials
* Set best practice standards for project management tools and processes that can be leveraged across the organization
* Lead discrete projects focused on improving project delivery, process execution or controls

Qualifications

* Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, business consulting and leading-edge technology
* 6-8 years experience working with operational change management programs; experience with the Program Management of a large Financial Services firm or a strategy consulting firm serving financial institutions required
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations
