Job Description
Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) Engineer Technicians
* Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, of design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment.
* Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data and assist in research work.
* Required to perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
* Assignments can be semi-routine in nature including Preventative Maintenance and corrective repairs.

Requirements
* Possess a GED and/or High School Diploma with 4+ years of direct industry experience, such as Semi-conductor maintenance or Automotive maintenance or Avionics maintenance, or equivalent military training.
* Or possess an associate's or bachelor's degree non-STEM or with 2+ years of direct industry experience, such as Semi-conductor Maintenance or Automotive maintenance or Avionics Maintenance and/or equivalent military training.
* Or possess a associates or bachelor's degree STEM
* Lift up to 25 pounds (lbs.), climb ladders, walking 3 to 5 miles a day, and/or standing and/or sitting for 9 minus or plus hours in a clean room environment.
* Willingness to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time in a clean room environment.
* Work a compressed work week schedule: Schedule consists of three twelve-hour nights in a row followed by a fourth night every other week
Preferred
6+ months of experience in the following areas:
* Windows computer operating systems and Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Avionics
* Electronics and digital circuitry.
* End-user computer skills and navigation, electronic systems troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Testing, repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics, technical data, and test equipment.
* Willingness to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system repair manuals.
* Willingness to repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment systems.
* Willingness to apply the use of mechanical and/or electrical measuring devices such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, metrology, and calibration equipment.
* Linux and Windows based computer operating systems
* Network troubleshooting
* Solid Works, CAD, 3D printing, CNC Milling, welding, metal work
