Description
The Retention Executive is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts through adding lines of coverage and for directly managing renewals and service issues for assigned groups. The Retention Executive's work assignments are varied but center around sales acumen in renewal management and bringing exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
The Retention Executive, Group Digital Sales oversees customer account management, including advising plan selections and adjustments. This position develops and oversees customer retention campaigns; understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas; makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in sales
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Valid state health and life insurance license or the ability to attain the license in first 30 days of employment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
* Effective communication skills
* Proven time management, organization, and multitasking skills
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Account management experience
* Bachelor's Degree
