During this paid co-op you will be provided with meaningful, challenging hands-on tasks, as well as exposure to various parts of our organization and corporate tools. You can help make the impossible possible every day with cutting edge technologies like 3D and SAP. You will also attend various professional development workshops, industry learning sessions with senior leadership and have the opportunity to meet other co-ops and interns across brands and functions.

Specifically, for Summer 2021, our office locations will be fully virtual until at least September 6th. After which we may be able to shift the Program to a hybrid approach or partially in-person, pending directed health measures for our local associates. Throughout the recruiting process, we will do our best to share real-time updates on the decision, but co-ops must be available to work at the planned office location should we have the ability to have part of our Program in person. They also must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time Zone hours, working between hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm ET.

The Summer / Fall 2021 Co-Op Program will be a full-time 6 month assignment, approximately June / July to November / December 2021. Here are important dates and expectations to keep in mind (estimated timeframe, subject to change):

* We have a rolling application deadline for each co-op positions, starting in February. Apply early for greater consideration in the process.
* Initial screening will be conducted by our recruiting team members via phone or video screen.
* Final interviews will be conducted by our hiring teams via phone or video interview starting mid to late March.
* Offers will be extended late March into April, if necessary.

Job Title: Payroll Systems Business Analyst Co-Op

Job summary:

The Payroll Systems Business Analyst co-op is part of the organization that is responsible for managing the deployment of PVHs workforce management systems in North America. The business solutions analyst will create and execute test plans for the implementation of Kronos Workforce Dimensions.

The trainee will be able to independently create a test plan, based on both the functional and technical requirements for the Kronos Workforce Dimensions project for both the Corporate and Warehouse deployments. This will include elements of associate facing changes as well as backend technical changes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Business Support & System Requirements
* Business Process Analysis
* Business/Functional Requirements for Systems
* Coordinate with selected business teams on test planning
* Coordinate a rollout plan for Kronos Workforce Dimensions
* Coordination with business teams on user acceptance testing (UAT), aligned with requirements and solutions
* Liaison for systems related issues, requests, etc.
* Communicates and works with business and IT on all issues and needs

Education:

* Rising junior or senior undergrad student pursuing a business or technology related degree with intention to work in Information Technology upon graduating preferred
* Minimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferred

Experience / Skills:

* Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminology
* Basic understanding of business process management concepts and terminology
* Effective communication - communicates effectively and at the right level based on the audience
* Clear & concise writing and presentation skills
* Problem Solving Helps to define business requirements with a diverse set of input for problems that may not be clearly defined
* Ability to understand IT solutions that provide desired business results with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking
* Ability to understand and complete delegated tasks
* Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction
* Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
