Fiservs Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional role within the firm. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience unique in the business worldand unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their career. The best and brightest will be the framework of the firms future; a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm.

As a part of the Corporate Analyst Program you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.

Rotations Start: June 21, 2021.

Summary of Department:

Release Management is responsible for the processes required to plan, schedule, and control releases from Inception through Deployment. Release activities include planning, preparation, scheduling, training, documentation, communication, and installation of the releases.

Job Description:

As the process owner, Release Management, oversees the successful roll-out of releases and tracks the readiness of each release including Internal, Vendor, and Client Readiness. In addition, RM prepares a program for each release and we are responsible for ensuring all projects that should be in the release are in this program. Release activities are shared throughout the Pre-Release process by the Release Manager, the IT Implementation Champion, and TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) to ensure the deployment of quality releases.

Basic Qualifications:

* Good verbal, written and presentation skills
* Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
* Recent graduates of a bachelors degree program
* GPA 3.5+ preferred

* Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
