What does a great Business Process Analyst do?

Working within the Service Management organization and partnering teams - process leads, technical teams and peer organizations, the Continuous Improvement & Analytics Process Engineer will identify and coordinate delivery of Continual Service Improvement initiatives. Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve the companys objectives.

This role requires a professional presence that includes equal parts skillful negotiation, expectation management, and credibility. A successful candidate will be able to maintain daily team operations, while analyzing current performance against KPIs and SLAs, planning and executing future process enhancements. The ability to anticipate changes in our business environment and respond accordingly is critical. Success in this role contributes directly to the strength of our business and client relationships.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

* Minimum 5+ years experience required

* Professional relevant working experience in a similar role (preferably in similar industry)
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills
* Demonstrated experience with Service Level and Performance Management
* Demonstrated experience with Project Management discipline
* Advanced experience in Excel based reporting and analysis
* Advanced experience in Dashboard reporting and analysis
* Exhibits a high level of integrity while focusing on exceptional client service and best practices
* A team player who engages others and focuses on shared goals, and utilizes the skills sets of resources
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or other relevant field
* FinTech or financial services experience highly regarded
* ITIL V3/V4 highly regarded
* Six Sigma experience highly regarded
* Policy and Standards Management highly regarded
