Sr. Business Analyst - Workplace Analytics

The Workplace Analytics team is currently looking to add a Senior Business Analyst.

A typical day in the life of this Senior Business Analyst:

* Partnering with clients across Workplace Solutions and Enterprise Safety and Security to help them solve everyday business problems

* Providing robust data analysis to inform the testing of new products, strategies, and services

* Brainstorming ways to drive optimization across our real estate footprint and improve process execution

* Acting as a consultant to drive recommendations and implement solutions

* Developing visualizations using Tableau, Google Data Studio etc. to help deliver solutions in hands of customers

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree

* At least 1-year experience in analysis

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering

* 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building or SQL querying

* 1+ years of experience with a variety of data languages and analytical tools (Python, Tableau)

* 2+ years of experience in business analysis in a corporate setting

* 1+ years of experience in consulting
