Job Responsibilities

Provide general support for Burlingtons Field and Corporate Inclusion & Diversity Councils (coordinate conference calls/virtual meetings, take notes as needed during conference calls/virtual meetings, maintain updated I&D Council rosters, manage the I&D Council email inbox, etc.)

Conduct research for I&D Council presentations and prepare other materials as needed

Create and edit Excel reports, PowerPoint decks, and other documents in support of Inclusion & Diversity 2.0 and other I&D programs and initiatives

Partner closely with the Director, Inclusion & Diversity to curate dynamic I&D content for Burlingtons various communications channels

Regularly partner with Communications to manage timelines for sharing I&D content via Burlingtons various communications channels

Research opportunities for local and national I&D engagement

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience managing or supporting Inclusion and Diversity Councils, Employee Resource Groups, or similar I&D-focused networks

Superior writing skills with the ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations, business correspondence, etc., all through an I&D lens

Solid computer skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
