The Beacon Health Options team is looking to hire an Account Management Executive Consultant who will be responsible for managing a vendor, along with respective contract and services, for one of its largest Clients. Our ideal candidate has a wealth of project management, account management, and contract management experience, and is passionate about being in a client-facing role designed to improve access to and receipt of behavioral health crisis services. Additional experience with a healthcare call center operation would also be an ideal attribute.

Responsible for account/vendor contract management activities for a large Clients vendor.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management of the statewide crisis and access line program. Manage all deliverables within the contract. Works in real-time with the call center vendor on KPIs, understanding metrics, staffing compliance, and quality. Serve as the point of contact for PGs (Staffing, Call Metrics and Downtime calculations). Meets regularly with the vendor. Handles any special projects. Manages authorization process and file transfer processes between Beacon and the vendor with an eye toward continuous quality improvement. Monitor compliance with UM. Oversees community engagement and ensures appropriate reporting and approval. Handles incidents and any internal investigations and assists with complaint investigation and resolution.
Qualifications
-BA/BS, MBA preferred; 7 years of experience working in account management, account strategy, or account support operations role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly preferred experience:
-Experience with contract/subcontractor management
-Experience with a (healthcare) call center operation with metrics and KPI review/accountability
-Project/program management experience
-Project experience with large-scale data exchange between systems and managing recurring electronic platform updates
