AIG Warranty is excited to be seeking candidates to fill newly created full-time 40-hour per week remote positions with our Warranty Business Line. This is a fast-paced modern call center environment, with NO cold calling or collections; while being fun, friendly, and innovative. The work is important to AIG and to our very important customers, and serving our customers to the best of our ability is this positions number one task.

AIG is seeking individuals for the Dispatcher position who are motivated self-starters to manage open claims events and to assist the customers with practical solutions. The employee will take the time to listen to the customers needs, then find and engage the solution all with a focus on client satisfaction.

Even though you might not have experience with Warranty positions, you might still be qualified. AIG will train the right candidate to prepare them for success! To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to provide excellent customer service, keep multiple projects moving quickly, and the ability to keep organized records.

The Dispatchers Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Using current software, to engage service providers to assist the customer
* Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls related to all dispatched claims, open claims issues and service provider related issues. Makes sure the customer is updated on the status of all pending issues. Once the solution has been completed, makes sure the customer has all the needed info
* Using proper telephone etiquette, provides quality customer service
* Dispatches service providers within accepted rate limits; responsible for controlling cost via lowest cost/highest quality service solution for each claim
* First point of contact for incoming customer service inquiries
* Handling new claim requests within service level agreement timeframes
* Solicitation of new or existing service centers based on contact coverage needs
* Sending necessary forms to all parties involved in the claim and performing all necessary follow-up
* Report and/or correct issues with all parties involved in the claim

Dont let the technical words trip you up! Make sure you:

1 Have a high school diploma or GED

2 Are reliable, punctual, and discreet in handling confidential information

3 Have good written and verbal communication skills

4 Are comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers

5 Are detail oriented and can multi-task

6 Let us know if you have experience working in a call center. This is a plus!

This role might be days or evenings, and might require working at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week. You will need a working cell phone for sign on credentials.
