POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide effective administrative support in a culture that thrives on winning. Duties include but are not limited to: calendar management, travel itineraries, meeting management, reporting of key metrics, presentations, and other specified initiatives for the VP, Global Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide confidential administrative support to the VP, Global Operations, VP, Global Business Units and, in part, the Global Operations team.
* Manage and maintain executive schedules/calendars/email.
* Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel, including expense reporting.
* Prepare agendas and make arrangements for staff, committee, and other meetings.
* Collect and prepare information for use in discussions, meetings, and formal presentations.
* Compose routine correspondence.
* Running daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding key metrics.
* Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site or off-site, related to Hach-Lange and/or Danaher business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
* 2-4 years of prior experience in providing support to senior executive(s) required.
* Impeccable accuracy in document formatting, spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
* Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
* Proficiency in time and project management; able to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
* Meeting organization skills, including large group meetings, preferred.
* Capability to work extended hours on a periodic basis, including the potential for occasional overnight travel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone skills.
* Must be able to operate proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise.
* Must be able to multi-task and work with and for diverse customers with varying leadership styles.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING
External hiring into this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check and possible credit history review.
The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $47,100 - $64,800.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
