As a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, this position contributes a high level of specialized knowledge, skill and analytics to implement key operational strategies to drive the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. Reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Performance & Analytics, you will partner primarily with business segment Talent Acquisition Leaders and other key stakeholders in the development, implementation and evaluation of metrics, measurements, processes, and solutions that enable our TA teams meet and exceed their objectives.
Responsibilities:
Talent is the differentiator, and germane to the continued above-market growth of our dynamic company. The TA Performance & Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in the execution of several core areas of this talent agenda including:
* Drive talent acquisition process excellence, including utilization of the Danaher Business System (DBS) to identify, implement and maintain continuous improvement efforts. Maintain TA DBS funnel
* Provide operational support as we continue to build out our global talent acquisition infrastructure
* Influence organizational thinking with best practice approaches to measuring talent acquisition outcomes
* Accountable for the delivery of all recruiting metrics to include monthly individual, department and functional scorecards focused on speed, cost, quality and diversity
* Drive adoption of visual management across the talent acquisition teams
* Develop auditing methodologies to inspect process compliance and proper usage of systems across the enterprise and pinpoint areas of improvement
* Partner with HRIS team on reporting, process and tools to achieve operational excellence, including the optimization of Workday
* Ensure legal compliance with all regulatory requirements and regional employment regulations

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations within a global, multi-site Fortune 500 company
* Proven track record in the field of Talent Acquisition, TA Operations and programs across a global company with measurable results of success, while enabling a well-integrated recruiting function known for process excellence, innovation and measurable ROI
* Global TA experience, working across cultures and geographies preferred
* Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel advanced functions
* Proficient with data visualization tools; Power BI or Tableau
* Demonstrated success in planning, enabling and facilitating operational reviews with high impact action plans aimed at deficiencies
* Experience working in a lean/kaizen culture focused on continuous improvement is preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Workday is preferred
* Willingness to travel 15%
