Job Summary:
As a Club 33 Member Experience Manager you will be part of the Walt Disney World Premium Services team. This team is focused on delivering luxurious Disney experiences for our Premium Guests. As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, Guest experience and employee development in the Club 33 lounge spaces. You will lead and support employees to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to perform their functions. Through ongoing coaching, you will help create a culture of personalized attention while promoting a solve for yes mentality to deliver upon the service excellence Club 33 is known for. If selected, you will report to the Manager-Club 33 Operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide training and developmental opportunities to Club 33 employees
* Hold regular check-ins with employees and be available for employee questions and requests
* Oversee the daily operations in the assigned lounge location inclusive of pre-opening preparations, kitchen management and Member interactions
* Share regular updates with employees to ensure they have the most accurate information about Club programs, events and guideline modifications
* Be an in-lounge point person for Member feedback, escalations and exception decisions
* Partner with Club Member Services and the acquisitions/event/communications/merchandise teams to ensure efforts are aligned and requests are met
* Work with peers to ensure exceptional levels of service are being provided across all lounge locations
* Be the primary contact with Park and F&B partners for Member events and requests that may need their cooperation
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality business
* Receptiveness to lead a team independently in an operation with multiple line of business components including Food & Beverage, Merchandise and Guest Service
* Passion for the Disney brand, hospitality and affinity for the opportunity to be service to others
* Creativity to find solutions in new ways and anticipate opportunities
* Capability to work with public figures and famous Guests in a confidential way
* Aptness to work with partners from different levels and teams to coordinate efforts
* Ease incorporating and promoting change
* Available to work any day of the week including, nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience working in a Food & Beverage operation
* 1 year of experience working in a luxury resort environment
Required Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent field experience
