Job Description

Oversees the strategic product management for the Profile, Preference and Communications Platform support of the organization's goals and market needs. Meets product roadmap and functionality goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development and product position. Recommends platform enhancements to meet growth objectives. Ensures the Profile, Preference and Communications Platform meet state and Federal regulatory requirements, Privacy, Compliance and all Legal guidelines. Coordinates legal reviews of all supporting collateral materials and documentation. Regularly interfaces with cross-functional partners to understand future needs and requirements as well as socialize progress. Manage the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional Agile team, work with release management and present routine updates to leadership. Maintains and refines product backlog; creates user stories and acceptance criteria and assists in the prioritization all stories to ensure work efficiencies and alignment with product strategy.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

* 10 or more years of product management experience

* Four or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Thorough knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills

* Strong product management, design, development, implementation and strategic analysis skills

* First-hand knowledge of successfully working in an Agile environment

* Successful history of evaluating and improving customer experience and system efficiencies

* Natural curiosity over customer behavior, Industry changes and market analysis

* Independent and self-starter

* Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog

* Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills

* Excellent at managing details and follow through

* Competitive analysis and analytical skills

* Demonstrated management, cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills

* Prior experience with customer data bases and systems of record
