Position Overview:

We are searching for a passionate intern that has worked within the healthcare industry. You will be exposed to all aspects of the product development lifecycle; i.e. including requirements gathering, technical design, test execution and planning.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Test Professional intern, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

* Participate in defining customer requirements.
* Help create and execute:
* End-user test specifications for scanners and clinical workplaces.
* Image quality tests including NEMA.
* Usability, reliability and performance tests.
* Service installation of product software and configuring systems.
* Perform daily, weekly and monthly quality control calibrations.
* Maintain design documentation.
* Submit defect reports and validate solutions.

Skills & Knowledge:

* Nuclear medicine clinical procedures and quality control.
* Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience:

* Must be currently enrolled on a Bachelors program and have a minimum GPA of 3.2
* Strong understanding of nuclear medicine and computer tomography clinical protocols.
* Proficient on installing software and using MS office applications.
* Majors: BS in Nuclear Medicine or related disciplines
* Must feel comfortable going onsite into office and follow site COVID-19 protocol.
* Must have permanent work authorization to work in the U.S.

Hoffman Estates, IL

Start date: August/September 2021; 12-month duration.
