The Fraud Product Manager is part of the Payments Product Management team that is integral in shaping this future vision.

The Product Manager Sr. is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs and delivering key features, functionality and programs for Nordstrom. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

A day in the life

Solid practitioner of the following competencies, requiring some day to day management support:

* Lead discussion and decision-making around complex issues of fraud and fraud management, chargebacks, and fraud management tools for internal users
* Define, measure, and monitor key Payment and Fraud KPIs for specific features
* Facilitate and lead the creation of an omni-channel fraud strategy.
* Drive root cause analysis on KPI performance
* Evaluate competitor Fraud experiences
* Prioritize Fraud feature opportunities and develop annual backlog
* Partner with cross functional teams, including Security, Customer, UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design
* Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained
* Develop a/b testing plan with analytics where appropriate

You own this if you have

* Minimum 5+ years experience of product management experience required, technology or ecommerce company preferred
* Bachelors degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline is Required
* Ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
* Technical background and understanding of software development principles, including a/b testing
* Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User Experience
* Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
