Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:

* Formulate and define the strategic direction for Managed Detection & Response as a managed service to grow pipeline of the solution, by working closely with internal and external channels
* Perform manual penetration tests of websites, APIs, web services, infrastructure, networks, IoT Devices and mobile applications to discover and exploit vulnerabilities;
* Provide technical leadership and advice to team members on attack and penetration test engagements
* Converse with non-technical audiences and articulate both scoping/pricing conversations as well as report read-outs
* Guide technical audiences on remediation options and assist them in weighing those options
* Partner with the Cyber Defense teams to develop new testing techniques, automation for testing and marketing collateral to support the practice and mentor junior and offshore team members on tools and techniques in performing test

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years of recent experience working with using penetration tools to perform security tests: NetsSparker/Acunetix, ZAP, Veracode, Kali Linux, BurpSuite, Nikto or equivalent
* Bachelor Degree from an accredited college/university
* Major ethical hacking certifications preferred; CEH, GPEN, CREST
* Demonstrated at least 5 years of working with Enterprise technical and non-technical audiences in reporting results and lead remediation conversations
* Knowledge of using orchestration and automation solutions in managing campaign and results
* Previous experience in Web Application testing, Mobile Application testing and Infrastructure testing and would lead engagement teams and scope engagements
* Ability to travel as necessary
