This role is located ONSITE with no remote available (after COVID) in Austin, TX.

The Technical Support Delivery team is looking for an experienced Field Service Lightning Declarative Developer to join our high-performing application development team. Our portfolio of applications spans electronic support, call/problem management, and entitlement systems. We operate and transform the capabilities for IBM worldwide technical support which is key to IBMs growth. The FSL Declarative Developer will be a key contributor on a dynamic team within IBM Support that develops for external and internal clients on the IBM Salesforce system with the goal of ensuring our clients success.

Responsibilities

* Develop the hardware and field service functionality along with mobile applications to support IBM Dispatchers and Field Agents delivering service for IBM clients
* Act as a consultant/mentor to other development squad members helping with complex coding and recommending efficient ways to execute function within the Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementations
* Understand and work in an agile development environment with the ability to work on numerous stories and issues simultaneously.
* Problem solver and focal point during severity 1 and critical situations
* Teamwork with peers, other managers, and teams across IBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Salesforce certification in Administration
* Experience with but not limited to Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce managed packages, Lightning, and iOS mobile
* Basic understanding of Apex
* Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce technologies to design and develop an enterprise wide web-based solution
* 3+ years of experience developing client facing solutions
* Ability to build Lightning Components using Declarative Development technologies that interact with standard and custom Salesforce objects and pages
* Experience in Service Cloud Implementation with good understanding on Salesforce Knowledge and Case Management process.
* Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and Automated Testing
* Demonstrated communication skills
* Live near or willing to move to Austin TX to work collaboratively in the office

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

* Bachelors Degree
* 3+ years of experience consulting/developing solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and declarative development processes
* Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant
