Job Purpose:
What does a great Professional Services Sr Professional do?
This position supports the implementation of Fiserv Cash & Logistics products and provides ongoing services to clients using Fiservs Managed Services offers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with consultants, management, and leadership, both internally and externally, to help our clients achieve success in deploying our solutions and services. Typical requests include upgrades, the installation of new hardware & software solutions, and support requests for product service offerings.
You must be a strong strategic thinker, possess intuitive analytical abilities, be ambitious, and motivated to align client Cash Management and fulfillment needs in consumer self-servicing.

Primary Duties
Coordinating all activities related to the implementation of Fiserv Cash & Logistics products across multiple client locations
Supporting existing clients who are using Fiservs Managed Services (Advanced Professional Services) for Cash Forecasting and ongoing product operation and/or monitoring
Providing consultative support to the Professional Services Product team on billable product implementations, and enhancement or integration projects
Identifying and understanding each clients business requirements through the analysis of their business goals, needs, and their general business environment
Translating the clients business requirements into detailed systems specifications required for the implementation of billable projects and/or the design of customized technology solutions
Becoming a subject matter expert of Fiserv Cash and Logistics products and services
Working directly with clients to create a delightful customer experience during the implementation and support of services we provide
Contributing to the overall companys business growth in becoming the best FinTech on the planet

Secondary Duties
Elicits, validates, and prioritizes client business requirements
Develops detailed technical specifications for any customized development or scripting work that is required during the course of a project as needed
Configures application parameters including general required product information such as, users, roles and rules, processes to meet client business requirements
Tests and validates the solution against business requirements
Contributes to the resolution of end-to-end testing and implementation of specific defects

Required qualifications for consideration:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a(n) Implementation/Project Management position
A high degree of adaptability/flexibility with the ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment excelling at time management
Highly collaborative work style with the ability to negotiate, influence and maintain effective business relationships
Self-directed, self-motivated, takes initiative, is resourceful, confident, and welcomes new challenges
Strong decision-making skills with highly effective multi-tasking capabilities
Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs for prioritization

Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance or MIS field
Experience with Enterprise Software
