Thisstaffcoachwill beanexperiencedservant leader,able tocoachat all levels, from delivery teams and scrum masters uptosenior leadership,competent withcontinual improvementand organizational change approaches.
This position is partof theagile coaching team, within the program office,alongside thePMO.The roleprovides coaching and supporttodelivery teams,core product teams, and portfolio management teams.Key relationships include:scrum masters, dev/QAmanagement, product owners, product management,UX team, security, enterprise architects, client operations,audit &compliance,sustained engineering,professional services,and senior leadership.
Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
* Undergraduate/bachelor (4-year)degreefrom an accredited university or3years equivalentwork experience
* Certification in team agile practices (e.g., CSM, CPF, etc.) or 2 years of equivalent work experience
* 3+yearsofexperienceofagile practices (including Lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
* 1+ year of experience inanenterpriseagileframework(e.g., as a scrum master or coach)
* Competence indelivery teamagile practices (TDD, pair programming, refactoring, automation, DevOps)
* Experienceofimprovingandtransforming processesandteams
* Experience of coaching cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
* Experience ofleveragingleanchangemanagement techniques to optimize delivery
* Ability to assess and communicate progress againstcoaching, improvement, and changeroadmaps
* Ability to operateunder minimal supervisionwhile ensuring alignment with therest of theagile coaching team
* Active in theagile community(e.g.,user groups,conferences,etc.)
* Excellentcommunicationand facilitationskills
* High emphasis onself-drivencontinuing learning, knowledgeable of new practices and coaching techniques
* Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and integrity
