To support our ongoing growth and investment in our people we are seeking an experienced Organization Growth and Development (OG&D) Program Manager, encouraging a spirit of innovation and delivering impact throughout the Engagement organization. The OG&D Program Manager is responsible for driving the programs including talent planning, core skill development and employee onboarding for our diverse and highly motivated team. This role will report into the Engagement Global Programs Manager.
Engagement Organization Growth and Development Program Manager Responsibilities
* Create talent planning and career development framework (paths, policies) for the Global Engagement team
* Lead organization skills gap analysis & provide recommendations to future proof our talent pool
* Identify industry trends and provide learning roadmap
* Create a tooling strategy and make recommendations for tooling to ensure learning is seamless, consistent and measurable
* Create the content management strategy
* Oversee and direct training curriculum development and delivery for our talent
* Recommend and implement learning investment programs for our staff
* Design both technical and soft skills training paths
* Create mandatory training process and policies in partnership with Facebook L&D
* Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
* Liaise with industry experts, internal L&D and managers to organize workshops, classroom-style trainings & leverage e-learning platforms, using innovative ways to engage and drive passion for learning with a large technical team
* Ensure Measurements are in place to track improvements in employees job performance
* Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process
* Partner with our technical team to develop onboarding processes, curriculum, resourcing, and measurement for onboarding Engagement talent
* Partner with workforce transformation programs to develop onboarding for new roles
* Build onboarding analytics to continuously assess and improve our onboarding experience
* Employ strong matrix management to leverage skills across organization to effectively upskill teams
* Build matrixed onboarding team
Minimum Qualifications
* 6+ years experience managing complex programs in large corporate environments
* 4+ years experience driving organizational growth programs
* Demonstrated history of solving at-scale problems across multiple organizations
* Demonstrated success in Human Capital programs
* Effectively influence leaders and partners to gain increased alignment
* Experience organizing concepts into plans, inclusively across partnerships
* Experience implementing change management/workforce transformation
* Experience driving process & structure into Operations organizations
Preferred Qualifications
* B.S. in an operational discipline or equivalent experience
* Experience in Talent Planning and Training Design
* Experience in matrix management in a dispersed organization
* Experience delivering similar OG&D programs for customer centric, or technical support workforce
