We are currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead writing & creative on behalf of Facebook Reality Labs. This role will help develop our tone in expressing our privacy principles. Working with internal teams and external creative agencies. The successful candidate will find unique and compelling ways to deliver our privacy message. This person must have a strong background in Copywriting (agency or client side) and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across multiple media formats.
Associate Creative Director, Privacy (Copy Background), FRL Creative Team Responsibilities
* Work with either internal teams or our agency partners to produce standout and strategically focused work supporting the goals of world-class creative and highly efficient, data driven assets
* Concept and lead multiple creative campaigns, either with in-house creative team or agency partners
* Help develop and inform creative briefs that provide strategic insights, and data driven results to inspire creative concepts and ideas
* Collaborate with our privacy team and other cross-functional team members working within FRL to concept and produce creative across multiple media formats
* Provide writing, creative direction, and oversight to various FRL and privacy focused projects
* Oversee the creative vision for how the FRL privacy principles show up across channels
* Form relationships with experts in the FB family of apps to develop best practices
* Become a trusted and valued partner across the marketing organization
* Proactively look for creative opportunities that help solve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
* Communication skills, experience responding to briefs creatively, present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners
* Experience in a fast-paced, iterative and independent environment
* Experience guiding agencies and production partners, but should be ready to roll up their sleeves to do the work too
* Understanding of our privacy principles
* Experience decision-making based on data and business results
* Experience understanding and communicating complicated principles simply
* 6+ years relevant experience delivering creative work on projects, across a variety of touch points
* Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs
* Experience working with data & insights in a results oriented environment
* Experience overseeing creative agencies
* Demonstrated capability driving innovation
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
