Position Summary:

Provide financial planning, reporting, and analytical support to Wine & Spirits leadership. Interpret, and communicate the financial implications of business activities. Position requires a high-level of MS Excel competency, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and highly effective communication skills.



Primary Responsibilities:

* Complete monthly reporting package including relevant commentary through cross functional collaboration with each business function

* Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leaders

* Participate in the completion of the Annual Plan, Strategic Plan, and monthly forecasts including consolidation, analysis, and presentation

* Participate in and lead aspects of the Integrated Business Planning process

* Complete ad hoc analysis and initiatives as assigned by the Director of FP&A

* Harvest and track benefits of the recent SAP implementation

* Provide financial support to various functions within the Wines & Spirits division

* Deliver required inputs to corporate functions including Accounting, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A

* Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)

* Proficiency with building financial models

* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization

* Proficient with GAAP



Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree: preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting

* M.B.A. Finance/Business concentration a plus

* 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, reporting and operations finance

* Proficiency with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation application or similar Business Intelligence financial systems

* Project Management experience

* Travel requirement: up to 25% including domestic and possible international locations

Physical Requirements/Other

* Ability to travel domestically.
* Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
* Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
