The Field & Project Manager (FPM) Upper Gastrointestinal (UGI) Oncology is an exciting new hybrid role that combines in field sales with marketing project responsibilities. The FPM is responsible for achieving sales and sales project goals for Opdivo and Yervoy for the upcoming UGI indications in the Netherlands. On top of that, the FPM is responsible for supporting operational marketing activities that support the overall UGI strategy.

Description of role

As FPM you are responsible for the commercial contacts and implementation of the UGI strategy in the key UGI accounts in the Netherlands. On average 60% of your time will be spend in the field where you are in frequent contact with TAEs, prescribers, key stakeholders and MDT members.

You will spend 40% of your time on innovative marketing projects that support the overall GI strategy. Projects can range from HCP or patient supportive materials to initiating peer-to-peer meetings. Always with clear goals and accompanied by a solid Multi-Channel promotion plan to reach the set KPIs.

You will be part of the UGI brand team and will work closely together with the UGI Medical Science Liaison, Oncology Field Force colleagues that are active in your key accounts and cross-functional BMS stakeholders.

The FPM we are looking for is an entrepreneur. Capable of handling many projects at the same time and therefor knows how to set priorities. He/she loves a challenge, is flexible and has a hands-on mentality.

In this position, you will report to the Franchise Lead Oncology of the Business Unit Oncology Netherlands.

Field sales responsibilities

* Commercial contacts and implementation of the UGI strategy in the key UGI accounts
* Network externally and increase access to our customers
* Gather, analyze & share competitive intelligence
* Listen to the need of the customer and translate it in clear actions
* Develop actionable account plans
* Maximize the impact on customers through partnership & education
* Identify and take away implementation hurdles
* Organize P2P meetings and other in field commercial activities
* Cross-functional collaboration

Marketing responsibilities

* Market & stakeholder mapping
* Analyze market trends and acts upon it
* Bring innovation to the market
* Support in operational marketing activities to support the overall UGI strategy
* Handling UGI sponsor requests
* Initiate peer to peer meetings (incl. program & multichannel promotion)
* Initiate and develop HCP & patient supportive materials
* Content for and traffic towards UGI Indication pages immuno-oncology.nl
* Work together with the External Partnership Manager on innovative collaborations
* Work together with the Multichannel Product Manager to optimize tactics
* Liaise with communication agencies and local vendors

Desired Experience & Skills

We expect you have proven to excel in broad customer conversations, remote and face-to-face. You combine great communication skills with leadership, broad knowledge and deep understanding on how to approach the different targets and accounts. You have experience in successfully developing and rolling out marketing projects.

* Demonstrated capability to analyze and have a solution oriented approach
* Ability to translate agreed strategy into an operational action plan with clear timelines
* Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken. Able to lead meetings in both languages
